Thats intended for grassroots, facilities etc though. Not for player€$. But they get the advantage of not having to have paid for development of 95% of their players🤷

Yes, more native players would be great but thats a seperate conversation.

Point is, this idea that exposure via using import players as a method to boost the game locally is pretty flimsy.
