@Lucyincanada I walked by on the phone about 10 seconds before it happened. Feeling slightly fortunate. It was an elderly gentleman (82) with his wife. He was parking as far as I could tell and hit the wrong pedal. He was unhurt, his wife said her arm was sore but they both walked away.
