Musk is worth more than South Africa’s GDP. @BernieSanders and I proposed a 5% tax on people like him.
In one year, it could fund:
- free public college & trade school
-$10/day childcare
- Special-needs education nationwide
Wealth inequality is the moral failure of our time.

🇨🇺 Defecting from Cuba in a MiG-23 fighter jet was only the beginning.
On March 20, 1991, Cuban Air Force Major Orestes Lorenzo slipped away during a training mission, flew his Soviet-built fighter to Key West, and requested political asylum in the United States.
He left behind his wife and two sons.
For nearly two years, he publicly begged Havana to let them leave. George H.W. Bush even called on Fidel Castro's government to release the family. Cuba refused.
So Lorenzo decided to go get them himself.
After buying a 1961 Cessna 310 and learning to fly it, he crossed back into Cuba on December 19, 1992, flying just above the waves to avoid radar. At dusk, he landed on a coastal road near Varadero, loaded his wife and children in seconds, and escaped before Cuban forces could react.
Days later, Lorenzo arrived at the White House with his family, where Bush personally received them in the Oval Office.
Castro's military never caught him.
It remains one of the most audacious and successful escape missions of the Cold War.

🇺🇸 Ed Gallrein beat Thomas Massie in Kentucky's 4th Congressional District primary without winning a single age group under 65.
Seniors carried him across the finish line. Every other demographic voted for Massie.
That's how powerful the 65+ bloc has become in low-turnout primaries.
You don't need to win the room. You just need to own the one corner that actually shows up.

Rest in peace, Professor ❤️ Thank you, Tom Kane, for lending your voice to the father of three perfect little girls and bringing The Force to millions of fans. You'll live on in our childhood memories forever.
🇺🇸🇮🇱 AIPAC just dumped another $3 million into Thomas Massie's primary…
Sec. Hegseth was sent to campaign for his opponent.
The full might of the Israeli lobbying machine is working to unseat him.
Massie's response: "They're panicked and haven't been able to gain a lead in this race."
Think about what's actually happening here: a sitting congressman is being bombarded relentlessly with foreign lobby money and White House pressure.
If Massie survives this, it sends a message every member of Congress will hear loud and clear.

🚨🇺🇸Rep. Thomas Massie details just how far the White House went to stop the Epstein discharge petition...
He says Rep. Lauren Boebert was taken into the White House Situation Room, the same room where the bin Laden raid was planned, and pressured to remove her name from the petition that would force the release of the Epstein files.
When she refused, Trump reportedly vetoed a bill that would have brought water to a large portion of Colorado, her home state:
"Why are people in Colorado deprived of water? Because their representative wants to expose a sex trafficking ring."

This, weeks after another of Netanyahu’s foot soldiers smashed a statue of the Messiah in the same village.

The Kill Switch was pitched to Congress as a way to stop drunk driving—but its real-world implications are far more troubling.
No government should have the authority to remotely control a vehicle you paid for, or turn it into a tool for surveillance.
Stop the overreach. Kill the Kill Switch.
