@Anderson_2155@ericjackson Oh, I’m down 250 K you can bet your ass on that. Who the fuck would sell now? I’ll wait my two years and hopefully get my money back. But don’t sit here and put your bullshit messages out there acting like this thing is going through the roof next week because it’s not.
The press releases don’t mean shit. Most of us are now down 500 to 600%. We as shareholders deserve a little more transparency, especially after finding out all the money we invested early on while they were gloating on their investments on a paper trading account. Sad part is now every time they make a comment about the next investment the shorts get a hold of said stock and just crush it down. And then they talk about a big $1.5 million investment 🤦🏻♂️. I’m down over a quarter million 😂
With the recent Trump/ Greenland news, just a reminder about $SRXH position in $GRML and the large role rare earth metals will play in the AI power supply. 👀
For the record, we are now out of MIXED and in a full blown BULL Bitcoin market. Per our model, that happened 8/14 at $64.5k. We positioned accordingly.
The last time we were in a BULL BTC market was April. Welcome back!
@ericjackson I’ve been following that one since you mentioned it quite a while ago. Definitely one that’s been moving north. Hoping SRX global has or gets a part of it!
I think some of us are just looking for a little more insight on SRXH/EMJX. After today most of us are down over 90%. For me the stock has to go well up 500% from here just break even. We didn’t buy into this because we believe in a dog food company we bought into it because we believe in you and the GEN 2. I don’t think the morale can get much lower. It has continued to tank for months. Not blaming you, but just a few words of confidence or positive news in any way would go a long way for us.
Promised at the SRXH fireside chat that I'd keep reporting the EMJX book in public. Day 163, and a big week for this conversation:
Since Feb 11: EMJX +27.5%. Over the exact same stretch: BTC -4.5%, IBIT -5.4%, ETHA -5.1%, BMNR -19.0%, MSTR -28.0%.
Max drawdown along the way, and these are drawdowns, not returns: EMJX -10.56%. IBIT -28%. BMNR -43%. MSTR -58%. Sharpe 1.7. On BTC's down stretches this book has, on average, gone up.
This week: -0.8%. Down weeks get posted too. That's the deal.
Why the book is positioned this way: our model flipped defensive on BTC on the morning of July 20, with BTC at $66K, and we told @EventHorizonIQ Premium subscribers that morning. We remain defensive today. Hedges on, defense first.
And here is why this structure matters. This week Jack Mallers stepped down as CEO of XXI, saying he wanted to build cash-flow-generating bitcoin businesses, not just a treasury. The stock hit an all-time low. He put his finger on the Gen1 problem: why would anyone pay a corporate premium for passive coin holding? You can buy an ETF for 25 bps. A treasury strategy has to earn its existence in every environment, up, down, and sideways. That is what we built. The regime call is the product, and the scoreboard is public, win or lose.
[Note I'm obviously long SRXH]
@Anderson_2155@ericjackson I don’t know about the 80% part. I got well over a quarter million in and it’s worth about 50k. I’m playing the long game but man it’s not easy. I believe in Eric Jackson though he’s always done me right. This one is just taking forever lol
Michael Burry and Kyle Bass called the 2008 crash. Then spent the next 15 years calling crashes that never came.
Being right once is a lottery ticket, not a strategy.
We built a model to make money across all 15 windows, not 1 of them.
[Long SRXH]
May 26: Bitcoin at $77K. Our model flipped to stress. We repositioned.
Bitcoin then fell to $58K.
Last week the model flipped back, Bitcoin at $61K. We moved again.
Dated. Public. This is what a model that actually works looks like. [long: $SRXH]
