@quantumfiber Can't get a technician to check on my internet outage, gotta wait up to two weeks for a new mandatory "main wifi" pod to see if that fixes my direct cable to the router issue - then I can wait 2.5 more hours for support and another 2.5 hours to cancel my service.
@quantumfiber Worst company I've ever had tbh. Can't connect to anything on my 1gb down 1gb up. 2.5 hour hold times for tech support who have zero training and game the system to end calls for good stats or drop the call.
@PdxInteractive Pretty funny, but from Paradox I'd expect it to be in an area with the highest gas prices, 1 full aisle with an employee and the rest to be self checkout - and to be a $5 convenience fee for checking out my own DLC
such a shame. I tried @HelloFresh and just got my first order. $20 a plate for a 4oz steak and tiny lobster tail, but the bag for that and the chicken leaked so those two are straight to the bin.
All in all, not worth it. Customer care couldn't do much other than help me cancel
