@GuyPeer3 I strongly disagree with the definition of "hope" here. Hope is not blind all-will-be-well-ism, that's called naïveté. Hope is the justified, reasonable belief that your actions matter. Else, why bother? As St. Paul says: without hope, "let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die."
