Been on other side of NHS today, as a patient. Seen 2 hours after original appt, felt dismissed, unheard, made 2 believe I was 2 blame & almost booked into a procedure I hadn’t received enough info about. Left feeling v. upset & overwhelmed & guilty for wanting 2 contact PALS 😔
