I’ve had to mute everything related to Lindsay Clancy because I genuinely cannot take it anymore.

I cannot read another post claiming she was “framed” and her husband did it.

Attention Crazy People: She admitted she did it. She even offered to stipulate, in writing, that she caused her children’s deaths so the trial could focus exclusively on her mental state and insanity defense. The prosecution rejected that stipulation. Stop it.

And I cannot read another post from women saying, “I see myself in Lindsay Clancy or “we are all Lindsay Clancy.”

Think about what you are actually saying. You are saying you see yourself in a woman who strangled her three children to death with exercise bands. If i were your husband’s I would be filing for divorce.

You can have empathy for someone suffering from severe mental illness. You can believe she was legally insane. You can believe she should be found not criminally responsible.

But the victims are Cora, Dawson, and Callan.

This world has become completely unhinged—conspiracy-driven, detached from reality, and so consumed with identifying with defendants that somehow the actual victims become an afterthought.

Something has gone seriously wrong.
