@therealsolk@SAS@skyteam Well said. *A vs SkyTeam are two very different leagues. Frequent travellers of *A SAS will have a hard time seeing any benefits what so ever. There aren’t usually any when you move from 1st to 2nd league. Sorry to say it @SAS.
@michael_gilman This was the strategy in Denmark all along. Felt good to know people were checked before entering restaurants/going to events. Now we have no restrictions - lets see how long it lasts.
@michael_gilman I can also tecommend the Rapscallion (if smoky is ok)
4 cl whiskey (peated) eg. Lagavulin 16 or Dist. Ed. (Alternative 2cl peated whiskey/2cl full body Rye).
2 cl Sherry PX
0.3-0.5 cl Chartreuse
Lemon peal in glass
Happy Friday. 🥃
@trose_neuro Pretty interesting study. I wonder how newer generations troponin-based FRET GECIs would do. They are fundamentally different to TN-XXL. Truncated TnC motifs with 1-2 calcium binding sites etc.. Nevertheless, it confirms a suspicion reg. use of GECIs long term.
Scientists from the Griesbeck lab and @mpi_bpc show the first high-resolution x-ray structure of a FRET based biosensor. More about the "Dynamic tuning of FRET in a green fluorescent protein biosensor" @ScienceAdvances: https://t.co/Grs3GOMNAB

@maxniederhofer@konstantinmehl@ConnorPM I think in healthcare, just having patients using apps, is a too simplistic view. We really need to see a consolidation of technologies, players and use this data in a structured way. Then we will see things happening 🖖🏻 exciting times!
