ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ 20-20 ਸਾਲ ਨਿਗੂਣੀਆਂ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਅਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਸੂਰ ਕੀ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਸੂਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੰਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਟੱਪ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੇਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਰਹੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗ���ਰ ਤੋਂ ਬੇਰੰਗ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਹਰਾ ਪੈੱਨ ਹੁਣ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਚੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਾਠੀਚਾਰਜ ਅਤੇ ਧੱਕਾ ਮੁੱਕੀ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਸਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਧੱਕਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਧਰਨਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਯੁਕਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਢੇ ਅੱਠ ਸੌ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸਵਾਸ਼ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਾ ਕ��� ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨੀਤੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ,ਕਿਉਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਲਜ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੁਲਣਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ? ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਯੋਗ ਹੱਲ ਕਰੋ।
