Toda la copula militar es corrupta o afin a los "Chavistas", todas las instituciones están secuestradas. Ya Edmundo ganó las elecciones en 2024, el voto y las leyes no valen nada si no estás dispuestos a matar por ellos. Y ellos están dispuestos a matar por el poder, no se puede esperar también que USA les ponga el ejercito para asegurar un mandato de la persona quien gane, hacen falta garantías, haced falta desmantelar todo el aparato que hay.
Hay una forma mas rápida, que haya un levantamiento armadoy se saquen a todos, lo que pasa es que nadie tiene armas y nadie está dispuesto a morir por el país, por qué Chávez lao acostumbro a recibir todo del estado. Le están ladrando al poste equivocado.

Well I am a C++ dev and we have arguments about this all the time, that's why we implement our own data structures depending on the needs of the application or module we are working on. You can optimize for O(1) insert and lookup, you sacrifice other things though. Since you are not pointing out what is it O(1) in (insert/delete/lookup/update) then I can't specifically tell you what is going on with those python dictionaries, but theoretically if they are using a hash map it should be O(1) if it is a RBT then it's different ( again theory not reality because of collisions and memory ordering )
