Disagreement isn’t dangerous.
Silence is.
When leaders silence hard questions, toxicity grows in the shadows.
Healthy conflict isn’t risky — it’s essential.
If your team feels like there are things they can’t say, something’s already broken.
Courage + honesty = real progress.
September 11th is a day of reflection as we remember and mourn the fallen, give love and support to their families, and honor the bravery of the many heroes that emerged from that tragedy. May the spirit of resilience and the unity we found on that day serve as an example of the ideals that unite us as Americans.
We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy. Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children.
Statement by President George W. Bush:
"Today, a young man was murdered in cold blood while expressing his political views. It happened on a college campus, where the open exchange of opposing ideas should be sacrosanct. Violence and vitriol must be purged from the public square. Members of other political parties are not our enemies; they are our fellow citizens. May God bless Charlie Kirk and his family, and may God guide America toward civility."
Burnout doesn’t come from working too much. It comes from doing the wrong kind of work. The answer isn’t less work, it’s the right work. #workinggenius#burnout
