@PhD_Genie I ask what every individual prefers. If they prefer formal titles, I am happy to accommodate but most tend to be comfortable with first names. Working FT in higher Ed, it also depends on what context I’m working with people (as their student or their supervisor).

Only greed prevents the gov't from restructuring down to 1-2% on fed loans. The profit margins have created a billion $ industry to perpetuate poverty.
