Excited to share our latest work! We developed a new method for studying RNA localization via proximity labeling: OINC-seq! In contrast to other proximity methods, labels deposited on RNAs are read directly by sequencing without a need for biotinylation. https://t.co/SPvrMuw4ld

Thrilled to see our Patho-DBiT paper is on the cover of Cell 🤩🤩🤩. Also truly honored to be included in this focus issue celebrating 50 years of Cell focusing on molecular biology. Patho-DBiT enables the exploration of rich molecular biology in clinical patient FFPE tissue samples, potentially transforming the study of human biology in the future!!
PhD has been a long and tough journey. However, I’ve finally completed my PhD and my graduation ceremony is tomorrow morning (20th September, Wednesday) at Bonython Hall. I’ll be outside Bonython Hall, Uni of Adelaide, at 11.30am. Do come down and take a photo together or say hi!
