I’m literally listening to a @Hoka retail employee getting interrogated for a loss prevention case in plain public. This is the worse kind of poor HR mismanagement. Considering to tell the dude not to answer any more questions without a lawyer.
After 25 minutes, he’s finally getting to the point that my dude is in trouble. Most patronizing conversation ever. Laying out the facts at this point.
@Chase is perpetuation insurance scams again! Chase travel is unable to provide proof of trip cancellation booked through their portal, but Chase benefits require proof of cancellation to submit a valid claim.
