@easyJet my disabled mother has been stranded at @ParisAeroport due to their negligence. Her mobility aid was loaded on to flight EZY8404 and they then failed to board her. Leaving her stranded without her mobility aid! And then they've marked her as a no show! Absolute disgrace.
