@PinnacleSF another day another issue!! Now have no heating or hot water. Even with a vulnerable person in the house its a 48hour call out. Its minus 4!! No temporary heaters and not authorised for hotels??

@PinnacleSF @BWallaceMP @JSHeappey @RishiSunak more furniture ruined by mould. It's in every room in my married quarter, behind my child's bed whilst he sleeps, wardrobes/ walls lined with bin bags to protect our belongings. We first reported mould issues 7 years ago! Had no help

Mould being treated, guttering cleaner and a survey within 3 weeks. They were made aware of my social media posts this morning.. seems making a noise really gets things sorted!

So it seems making a noise on Twitter has done something! 3 calls this morning so far. An engineer to treat the mould and blown windows today. Roofing and guttering being checked and a DIO Damp survey... I await with little optimism though.

I was not expecting the absolute support we have been shown today from the Military Family! I truly am at the end of my tether dealing with Pinnacle and the bad service we receive. It's time to switch off now and get snotty 3 year old cuddles!
