@BrianRoemmele When I was 12 my dad would take me to the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn where he worked. I’d get to hang out with a similar group of savants working on room sized lasers and other fantastic tech. It lit my mind. But my sax and the rock explosion eventually grabbed my heart.
