Evil manifests in myriad forms, whether through the malicious acts of Nagas or the confrontational strategies of Kukis. It is imperative for both groups to consciously avoid actions that harm one another and instead commit to a collective effort to eradicate such destructive behaviours. By doing so, they can cultivate an environment characterised by peace and harmony.
To foster genuine understanding, these groups must recognise and embrace their shared humanity. They must acknowledge the common thread that binds them—a shared bloodline and an intertwined history marked by similar sorrows and grievances. This realisation prompts us to pose a crucial question: should their energies be devoted to alleviating the pain and suffering that plague their communities, or should they inadvertently contribute to their escalation?
In navigating this moral crossroads, what wisdom does their conscience impart? It urges a path forward toward the ascendance of humanity and justice, championing love, forgiveness, and compassion over the dark forces of hatred, vengeance, jingoism, and narrow subnationalism. Let us unite in our pursuit of a brighter future, transcending the divisions that seek to separate us.

First of all, my state Mizoram has no tribal warfare and is one of the most peaceful states in India. Even if there is any violence, it usually subsides within weeks or at most within a year.
Regarding central handouts, Mizoram is a hilly state. Most of the area is covered in hills and mountains, which makes it very difficult to build roads and factories. There are almost no big industries or companies here, which is why we need support from the central government.
You mentioned racist policies like the ILP, but it is not racist at all. There are dozens of outsiders working and living here. Without lived experience in Mizoram, please don't just give your opinion or make up lies about my state. We are not a different country. Abusing your own people is another level of racism.
The Kuki community expresses deep disappointment and serious concern over the recent press statement issued by the All Manipur Christian Organization (AMCO).
The statement speaks of pain, fear, and insecurity, yet it fails to acknowledge the suffering endured by Kuki ancestral villages in Ukhrul district and Kamjong district. The continued omission of incidents affecting Kuki civilians has raised serious questions about fairness, balance, and equal moral concern.
The Kuki community particularly notes that the burning of Lanchah village and the trauma faced by innocent civilians have not received the attention or condemnation they deserve. Silence on such incidents only deepens mistrust among affected communities.
There are also growing concerns over the activities of armed actors in the region, including reports involving NSCN Eastern Flank, NSCN-IM, Tangkhul volunteers, relatives’ volunteers, Arambai Tenggol, and Myanmar-based militants. These matters require impartial scrutiny by competent authorities.
The Kuki community rejects attempts to make unsupported accusations against KNA-B without credible evidence. Public statements made in the name of peace, justice, and faith must be grounded in truth, responsibility, and fairness.
Any organisation speaking in the name of Christ carries a moral responsibility to uphold equal compassion and equal concern for every affected community. Selective silence weakens public confidence and undermines the spirit of reconciliation.
The Kuki community therefore demands an impartial, transparent, and time-bound investigation into attacks on ancestral villages, allegations concerning armed coordination, and all incidents that have contributed to fear, displacement, and insecurity in Ukhrul district and Kamjong district.
The Kuki community remains firm in defending its dignity, protecting its ancestral villages, and demanding truth, justice, accountability, and lasting peace.

She was not ABDUCTED
She was not RESCUED by security forces as claimed by others. But she was safely released by KNA-B on Saturday.
Sources informed that Olinah was a shopkeeper at Namlee Market. When the KNA-B attacked the border villages on 7 May 2026 at around 04:00am, she along with many Myanmar Refugees who were opening a shop at Namlee Market ran for safety and ended up at Thanan (a Myanmar village).
She was given good care by the KNA-B cadres at Thanan. On Saturday, 3 cadres of KNA-B in a vehicle dropped her at Assam Rifles Post located at Phaikoh - the last village of Indian sharing an International Pillar Boundary Number 102
She was later handed over to the family members at Huimin Thana in the presence of Kamjong Police.
Let no AGENCY take credit for the safe release of Olinah. All praise be to God.

🚨In a powerful & timely message, the Granddaughter of a Lt. General in the NNC assassinated by the Tangkhul-led NSCN-IM cautions Manipur Nagas & the broader Nagas to decisively reject Tangkhuls Ethno-supremacist & self serving politics & not allow themselves to be drawn into the tangkhuls dangerous plot to manufacture another Naga-Kuki war, which only aimed to serve their quest for power.
She explains how the Tangkhuls hijacked the "Naga identity" for their ethno-supremacist & hegemonic ambitions & exploited the "Naga Identity"as a convenient political tool to hoard power while marginalising & bullying the Zeliangrong, Zeme, Liangmai, Inpui.

The UNC must answer for this. Not with a vague statement. Not with silence. With a direct, specific accounting of why their bandh enforcers are in Kuki villages, why they are laying hands on Kuki women, and why a man felt entitled to stand over a lady shopkeeper with a stick.

The Director
National Investigation Agency (NIA)
Government of India
Cc: Central Armed Forces Authorities
Subject: Request for Immediate Action
Respected Sir/Madam,
Regarding recent developments, there are serious concerns about threats to the Kuki Community. Reports indicate involvement of NSCN-IM along with local volunteers, which is being perceived as a direct threat to Kuki civilians.
We request the Manipur Police and Central Forces to take immediate action and respond without delay.
It is also reported that along the Imphal–Ukhrul road, an incident involving firing led to the loss of lives. This incident must be investigated thoroughly and impartially.
There are concerns that blame is being diverted and placed on the Kuki Community without proper verification, which is increasing tension.
We demand:
Immediate arrest of those responsible for threats and such actions
Strict action against individuals issuing threatening statements
Immediate intervention by NIA and Central Forces
This situation is being viewed as a direct challenge, and urgent action is required.
Yours faithfully,
From Kukiland
Kuki Community Tribal

I thought the United Naga Council (UNC) — a mouthpiece of disgruntled terrorist organizations like NSCN-IM — called today’s total shutdown to seek justice for the innocent lives mercilessly killed in the NSCN faction clash at TM Kasom.
If you are seeking justice and attention from New Delhi, why are you targeting a helpless Hindu businesswoman who has nothing to do with you or your demands? In a democratic country like India, protests are legal as a means to seek accountability. However, you cannot physically assault, threaten, or mock anyone. That is completely illegal and unacceptable.
The concerned ministry and the Hindu community must raise this issue at the highest level. Mocking, insulting, threatening, intimidating, and attacking helpless Hindu businesswomen will never solve your problem. Meitei terrorist group Arambai Tenggol did the same to another Hindu business community in Imphal in 2024.
