🚨 BREAKING: Former President of Russian Republic Claims He Was Contacted By Aliens And Invited Onboard A UFO While In Office 🚨

Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, former President of the Republic of Kalmykia and longtime President of the World Chess Federation (FIDE), gives the most detailed public account to date of an alleged extraterrestrial encounter that occurred while he was a sitting head of state in September 1997. He also makes extraordinary claims about UFO knowledge shared among specific world leaders, intelligence agencies, and religious institutions.

Ilyumzinov held senior political office, sat in Russia’s State Council, advised Vladimir Putin, met repeatedly with Henry Kissinger, Jimmy Carter, Pope John Paul II, and is close friends with the Dalai Lama. He says his UFO experience was acknowledged by Boris Yeltsin and discussed with Putin. He also mentioned having a deep discussion about it with Henry Kissinger who seemed to know all about UFOs before speaking with him.

Key points from the episode:

1. The 1997 Encounter (Moscow):
While on an official trip to Moscow, Ilyumzhinov says he was “invited” into a glowing, translucent tube from his penthouse apartment and transported to a large craft. He describes a vast interior space, multiple humanoid beings wearing yellow garments, and telepathic communication. He emphasizes he was calm, conscious, and sober and spent hours onboard the ship talking to the beings.

2. Independent Witnesses:
His chief of staff, driver, and a minister arrived at his apartment the next morning to escort him to the airport. They searched the apartment for over an hour. Phones, clothes, shoes were untouched. No exit recorded. He then appeared suddenly from a room they had already searched multiple times. Police were contacted at the time.

3. The Message Conveyed:
The beings told him humanity was still at an “embryonic” stage of development  technologically advanced but spiritually immature. They criticized war, environmental destruction, and weapons development, comparing humanity’s behavior to ants destroying their own nest.

4. Telepathic Communication:
Ilyumzhinov says the beings did not speak aloud. Communication occurred “through thoughts,” similar to descriptions he later heard from mystic Baba Vanga. He likens the experience to non-verbal information transfer rather than language.

5. Cold War UFO Knowledge:
He recounts being told by Mikhail Gorbachev about a private meeting between Nixon and Brezhnev where a small classified folder was shown. According to Gorbachev, after that meeting, both U.S. and Soviet lunar programs abruptly halted despite ongoing missions being prepared.

6. Kissinger’s Awareness:
Ilyumzinov describes multiple meetings with Henry Kissinger, including private conversations with Kissinger and Gorbachev present. He claims Kissinger demonstrated detailed familiarity with UFO knowledge held by U.S. agencies, asking technical questions rather than expressing disbelief.

7. Putin and Yeltsin:
He says Boris Yeltsin privately acknowledges awareness of the incident and asked whether Ilyumzhinov felt mentally well or was drunk. Putin later asked him directly to recount the event in detail, including whether he had been drinking. Ilyumzhinov insists he told the truth despite political risk.

8. Other World Leaders:
He claims a close friend who was a sitting president of a large country privately told him he had seen a UFO and met alien beings while on a fishing trip but didn’t want to disclose this to the public for fear of ridicule.

9. The Vatican and the Dalai Lama:
Ilyumzhinov states Pope John Paul II said “we are not alone” and references a Vatican observatory tasked with studying extraterrestrial phenomena. He says the Dalai Lama expressed similar views, framing non-human intelligence as part of a broader metaphysics.

10. Underground and Underwater Civilizations
He claims military forces from multiple nations detected unidentified craft underwater during the Cold War, prompting covert coordination to avoid nuclear escalation. He also asserts underground civilizations exist, referencing folklore, geological anomalies, and his friend Bulgarian Mystic Baba Vanga’s statements.

11. Why He Spoke Out:
Ilyumzhinov says he waited months before going public due to political consequences. He ultimately decided someone in power had to speak first, or the subject would remain stigmatized forever.

12. The Broader Claim:
He believes non-human intelligence is slowly creating a “critical mass” of human awareness by contacting individuals across society, politicians, scientists, mystics, and civilians, to prepare humanity for eventual open contact.

If a former head of state with access to intelligence briefings, world leaders, and religious authorities says this happened, and multiple witnesses confirm unexplained disappearance, the question is no longer whether the story is strange...the question is why it has been ignored.
