@MichaelKors absolutely ridiculous ordering system from the uk website , place an order , immediately realise after paying ordered the wrong colour , immediately call customer service who can’t do anything about it . Can’t amend and can’t cancel just five minute after order

@sianmaudsley @KatieRural @LindaMe61112420 @HM_Passport It is a disgusting system my sons took 21 days exactly from processing to approved , but there really is no logic to it I’ve seen do@e applications approved after 7 days and some still not approved after 10 weeks . The problem at the minute is the half term rush

@kieywyn @HM_Passport If an application goes into proceeessing it is the old system , and is in a queue to go to a passport officer , unfortunately the old system can be slightly longer
