@ruffydfire 2. As for borrowing, there is a difference between taking loans for capital expenditure and recurrent expenditure. Even Norway that has the largest Sovereign Wealth Funds takes foreign loans to fund capital expenditures. The larger chunk of the FG's borrowings are CAPEX loans.

@ruffydfire 1. Rufai, you save what you already have. Subsidies were being paid by loans, which the FG repaid with Interests. Removal of subsidies on Petrol and FX only saves the FG from taking expensive domestic loans to pay subsidies.

@ruffydfire Rufai, C'mmon. There is something called the Judiciary. The don't inform the Executive Arm of Government of their rulings because they are deemed to be separate and equal. So, the government is not informed of the execution of courts' judgments.
