@roselinenjogu @JuliusKBitok All the revised fees are outrageous. The government is milking its citizens dry for services they are entitled to. Why would you have to pay so much for an ID , something that should be free. The govt should be of service to its citizens, or is it the other way around?

@Donsarigo This is so heartbreaking and unfathomable. Innocent children paying with their lives for simply being born at the wrong place and time. Paying for the war they didn't choose. Very sad indeed.
