@ICEgov As far as a law abiding citizen like myself knows, crossing the border illegally is a crime, overstaying visa is crime and supporting or protecting such people is a crime. How these governors and mayors openly do and not go to federal prison, is very hard for me to understand.

It's so true! Things don't have to look or feel fancy when it comes to healthy habits. Back to basics is the key. Anatomy and physiology has not changed in many years. Exercises too don't have to become too complicated and complex. Basic strength is always a key in injury prevention and staying FIT. Select simple exercises that keeps you out of trouble. Great initiative! Just make sure to do the exercises described in the book "Movement Karma" in case if your shoulders start hurting doing pullups or push ups. It's not unusual to have shoulder pain from such exercises and learning some basic preventative exercises can help you stay injury free for a long time. Stay healthy/fit my friends.

Seeing this destructive behavior of some of the democrats supporters making me realize/understand how a person of good faith turns into a so-called JIHADIST, becomes a terrorist, and killing some specific targets (people) becomes their life's sole purpose. No working class men or women should get involved in politics to the point that they show only pure hatred/destruction towards the people having different opinion than their's. These people are so brainwashed that they just forget it is a democracy and people elect their leader by voting, hopefully fair and square, to work on the things that are important to them. Be it supporting LGBTQ, be it locking up the criminals, or be it ending the wars so people stop killing each other. SIMPLE ENOUGH.
