Also the number we called was a Jio number. Normally government will only use BSNL numbers. We asked for a memo and they could not generate it on our car number. As soon as we asked a few basic questions they unlocked and went away.

They are not government representatives is what we believe. We discovered this as it happened to us. We know there are no 'No Parking' zones there, so we questioned. We insisted that the officer be brought on site. We did this as there were no official stamps or marks on the lock

@deepakshenoy I have been asked to pay some amount as interest for foreclosure every time. If I am repaying why need I pay interest on the prepayment amount when my installment is debited at the start of the month, so I am paying the interest twice. Banks charge a penalty in name of interest
