@SumitM_X It's not so bad. For a 2cr loan emi would be around 1.5 lakhs, even if he has savings of 15 to 20 lakhs in savings or other investments like gold and mf. He can easily push without job for a year.
5x annual salary as loan is not bad. People take 7 to 8 years.
