HEART ATTACK, STROKE, HYPERTENSION
Stone breaker + avocado leaves does the magic.
Boil the two plants together for 15 minutes and drink a teacupful twice daily before meals. Nature heals.
If Manchester United paid the £85m for Mateus fernandes and put him on £250k a week and then went back to Real Madrid to sign a player like Tchouameni.
How much do you think Real Madrid would demand for a champions league winner if we paid £85m for a player who got relegated twice and then gave him £250k in wages?
This fanbase cannot be real people 😞

@yabaleftonline She is so focused on those that didn't come that she failed to appreciate the only one that came. That is human beings for you. We focused so much on what we miss out on then turn blind to the ones in front of us.
It was a sad day, the day Actor Dele Odule called three other people and me and begged us to follow him to go and price a coffin, we wept like a baby that very day.
Before that day, Dele Odule had been going through a lot, didn't have a mother, the suffering was too much for him, and he had financial problems
So he called me and informed me that he knew he was going to die very soon, and he doesn't want to be taken to his village in Ijebu with a cheap coffin, because he knows his family members would mock him
He showed us the exact coffin he wanted to be buried in and he even pleaded with the seller to please sell the coffin to us in case our money wasn't complete and we snapped and left but we all wept that very day
But today, Dele Odule is alive and he's now doing fine, he has built a house in Ibadan and Ogun State, and he has even gotten a film village of his own
See how God works miracles.

An AMERICAN FRAUD SCHEME scamming its own citizens
To my fellow Nigerians, As you make money, Please invest in MEDIA.
We Need to change how we are perceived globally.
This so called fraud scheme has 4 Americans in it
🇺🇸 Aruan Drake, 37, Atlanta, Georgia
🇺🇸 Peter Reed, 35, Oak Forest, Illinois
🇺🇸 Shaquille I. Jackson, 33, Chicago,
Illinois
🇺🇸 Lon Goodman, Chicago area, owner of New Dolton Currency Exchange, laundered ~$50M
The rest are also American citizens with Nigerian parents.
🇳🇬🇺🇸 Ayobami Osas Christopher, aka “Lovely Man”, 30, Lawrenceville, Georgia
🇳🇬🇺🇸 Ayorinde Emmanuel Adebayo, 35, Olympia Fields, Illinois
🇳🇬🇺🇸 Olabode Bankole, 37, Loganville, Georgia
🇳🇬🇺🇸 Chukwuemeka Evulukwu, 35, Atlanta, Georgia
🇳🇬🇺🇸 Kingsley Owusu, 37, Chicago, Illinois
🇳🇬🇺🇸 Oluwafemi Michael Awoyemi, 40, Romeoville, Illinois
11 on that list were not named probably because of their nationality and the backlash.
The only core Nigerians on that list are 4 people, Which I refuse to mention.
So technically. This is an AMERICAN FRAUD SCHEME targeting its own citizens
You see how they use the media to always push narratives.
Nigeria does not have the financial infrastructure to move 215 million dollar.
Don’t let anyone gaslight you.
THIS IS AN AMERICAN THING.
Alhaji Aliko Dangote appeared on Channels TV and insisted that Nigeria needs to urgently invest in power infrastructure to achieve true economic independence. In layman terms, he's wailing about lack of electricity.
You can be sure of one thing: both the Nigerian government and local investors won't do anything about this call.
Then eventually Aliko Dangote will find his way around building power grids that guarantee 24/7 electricity to consumers. Suddenly, you will start seeing all sorts of patriots from Ministry of Power, NLC, TUC, DISCOS, GENCOs, NEPA, PHCN, Nitel, Mtel, Econet, PTF, Celtel and even APC, ADC and PDP coming on air to educate you on the dangers of a monopolist like Dangote! ~ Ibrahiym A. 1. If you do not observe your five daily solat at all, you are no longer a Muslim.
2. After the Qalimatus sha’adah, there is no pillars of Islam that is superior to the five daily solat.
3. The first thing you’ll be questioned about after your death is your five daily solat.
4. No matter how terrible your sickness is, as long as you’re conscious, five daily solat is a must for you, even if you’ll observe it lying down.
5. The Prophet ﷺ said that missing ‘Asr prayer is like losing one’s family and wealth (reported in Sahih al-Bukhari).
6. The day Umar Bin Kataab was killed, he was stabbed while observing the first rakah of solatu subhi, he was unconscious for more than 9 hours, when he later gained is consciousness, the first question he asked was “Did people complete their solat after I was stabbed” and from extreme bleeding and pain, he also observed the remaining one rakah he missed.
What’s the essence of all of these?
Take care of your five daily solat, it’s the main reason you’re a Muslim.
Good morning Mr @sowore , I really respect the energy you bring to pushing for a better system and your fight against oppression. 👏🏽
When you’re done with MTN, please shine your spotlight, with the same burning fire of passion to this side. We have been raising our voices against fake and counterfeit foods, drugs, and beverages. This one is personal for majority of Nigerians.
It’s crazy that people are out here producing fake baby food, fake cancer drugs, fake cosmetics, even fake alcoholic drinks… like how do you even get that wicked? All that wickedness for what?
Honestly, in my opinion, this needs even more attention than MTN. And maybe if you step into it with your reach, more voices will join and we can collectively start calling out these mass murderers hiding in plain sight.
Because, that’s exactly what they are.
Yours,
A fan.
After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
May God bless America.
History has a way of repeating itself. This story reminds me of Sa'ad ibn Abi Waqqas. He was one of the ten companions that was promised Paradise. But there was this man in Kufa named Abu Sa'dah who stood up in a public gathering and lied against him. He completely assassinated Sa'd's character, telling everyone he was an unjust leader who didn't march with the army and didn't divide wealth fairly.
Sa'd did not let this go. As you know the pain of a ruined reputation is a very big thing. He raised his hands and made a terrifying supplication. He said, O Allah, if this servant of Yours is a liar, and stood up for showing off, then prolong his life, prolong his poverty, and expose him to trials.
Years later, people would see that same man wandering the streets of Kufa. He was terribly old, his eyebrows falling over his eyes, living in severe poverty, and bothering women in the streets. When people asked him what went wrong with his life, the old man would just say... I am an old man, afflicted by the curse of Sa'd.
What does this story have to do with this Yoruba woman? The fact that Islam is a practical religion. It aligns with human nature and the raw reality of our emotions. When someone strips you of your dignity, the religion does not force you to smile and suppress your pain. It recognizes that betrayal hurts... and it gives you a legitimate outlet.
This brings me to the verse in Surah An-Nisa where Allah validates this human experience:
لَّا يُحِبُّ اللَّهُ الْجَهْرَ بِالسُّوءِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ إِلَّا مَن ظُلِمَ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ سَمِيعًا عَلِيمًا
"Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged. And Allah is ever Hearing and Knowing." (Quran 4:148)
When you connect the dots, Imagine what she would have had to bear for her to come to such a sacred place to do that. People spend their entire life savings to get there to beg for Jannah and for peace. She bypassed all of that. The betrayal was so suffocating that she stood in front of the House of Allah just to seek justice for her name.
And what she did as far as I know is valid. Imam Al-Qurtubi, when explaining the verse above, stated clearly that the oppressed person has the right to pray against their oppressor. You are allowed to ask Allah for a justice that matches the injustice done to you.
Even though Haram is a sanctuary of peace, however, it is also the highest courtroom of the Master of the Worlds. Taking your case there only amplifies the weight of your request.
Having said this, scholars do remind us that taking the higher road and choosing to forgive elevates your rank in ways we cannot comprehend. But if the pain is too much and a person cannot let it go just like the woman in question, then asking for strict justice is their God-given right. No one can force them to forgive.
We type things online, we forward voice notes, we spread rumors... and then we go to sleep. Meanwhile, the person we lied about is awake at 3 AM, or standing right in front of the Kaaba, handing our name over to Allah.
Ali Bn Abi Talib said:
لا تَظلِمَنَّ إِذا ما كُنتَ مُقتَدِراً
فَالظُلمُ مَرتَعُهُ يُفضي إِلى النَدَمِ
تَنامُ عَينُكَ وَالمَظلومُ مُنتَبِهٌ
يَدعو عَلَيكَ وَعَينُ اللَهِ لَم تَنَمِ
“Do not oppress when you are capable.
Because the pasture of oppression leads to regret.
Your eye sleeps and the oppressed is awake.
Praying against you, and the eye of Allah has not slept.”
May Allah protect our tongues and keep us far from being the source of someone's tears.
Farmers Stop Planting!!!
Especially South West farmers.
According to the seasonal forecast from NIMET, it is not yet time to start planting for the new planting season.
The rain and showers you're seeing in Southwest are only starters and there's going to be a dry spell before proper rain comes in April.
Please do not plant anything for now!
It's not rainy season yet, if you plant, you're going to waste your seed, fertilizer effort and capital.
Do not plant anything.
If you've started, please stop!

I met a sister sitting alone in the masjid after Taraweeh.
Everyone else had already left.
She was staring at her phone… but not using it.
So I asked gently,
“Are you waiting for someone?”
She smiled a little and said,
“No… I’m trying to stop waiting.”
That answer stayed with me. ❤️🩹
She told me she had been talking to a brother for almost a year.
Not officially.
Not haram exactly.
But not clear either.
“We both cared,” she said.
“But every day I felt like I was guessing my own future.”
I asked her the question most people would ask.
“So why didn’t you just move on?”
She laughed softly.
“Because when you love someone… leaving isn’t the hardest part.”
Then she said something honest.
“The hardest part is believing Allah might have written someone better.”
She told me Ramadan made everything clearer.
“Outside Ramadan, I could ignore the confusion.”
“But when you’re praying every night… making du’a… asking Allah for barakah…”
You start noticing the things that disturb your peace.
And pretending becomes harder.
She said the thing that hurt her most wasn’t losing him.
It was the constant anxiety.
Overthinking messages.
Wondering if another sister would appear.
Feeling attached but never secure.
“That’s when I realized something,” she said.
“Peace is one of the signs of naseeb.”
During the last 10 nights she made a different du’a.
Not the one she used to make.
Before, she prayed:
“Ya Allah let him be mine.”
But on Laylatul Qadr she whispered something else.
“Ya Allah… if he’s written for me, bring him in a way that protects my heart.”
“And if he’s not… remove this attachment.”
Months later something interesting happened.
The brother came back.
But this time differently.
With clarity.
With intention.
With his family involved.
And she told me something beautiful:
“Sometimes Allah doesn’t remove the person.
He removes the confusion.”
After @fattyyyronkeee’s viral post about the three sisters who volunteered to clean a mosque after school hour, I promised to give them N100K cash and a Fire HD tablet as a “Thank You” for their selfless act.
Last Friday, I spoke with the Muslim girls and their Christian mother to fulfil my promise. When I asked how they would prefer to receive the gifts, I inadvertently opened a chapter of a touching story impacting their daily life.
I was not feeling comfortable sending money through a third party (a POS operator they barely knew). I asked for the mother’s bank details to send the cash, only to discover she had never opened a bank account despite being in her 40s.
Besides, she had no phone; only had a SIM card. I spoke to them through @fattyyyronkeee’s mobile phone. So, how would I get the cash and the tablet to Odomola in Epe, Lagos State, where they live?
I was stumped.
There’s no dispatch rider who would pick up items in Lagos Mainland and deliver in Epe, a faraway town.
I thought the best option was to physically hand the gifts to them. So midday Saturday, I drove down to Epe to meet these lovely girls and their mother.
Then, I learned about their life struggles.
The mother, an Egun from Badagry, became an orphan before she was 10. After her mother passed during childbirth, she was raised by her uncle. Her father died a few years later. She has no formal education or vocational skills; she only earns a living by helping fishermen in Epe prepare their catch for sale. For a full day, she earns N2,000.
Her husband? She said the man, a fisherman and an Epe indigene, had abandoned them. He only visits occasionally, according to her. She alone has to bear the difficult job of catering for her daughters, who live with her in her husband’s family house.
The eldest girl, Habibat, a 16-year-old, is in JSS 3 at Odomola Community High School. After school, she used to resume at a beauty and confectionery shop where she’s learning catering, hairdressing and makeup. However, after seven months of free learning, she was stopped from going when her master demanded a N50,000 agreement fee, which her mother couldn’t afford.
Despite their situation, their mother said she never considered withdrawing them from school. The other two girls — Fatimah and Lateefat; both are in JSS 2 and Primary 4.
Right there, we contacted Habibat’s master, Mrs. Omoyele, and asked for her account details to pay the agreement fee.
Done. Habibat will resume her vocational training tomorrow (Monday).
Since the money and gift were meant for the girls, I asked their mother what kind of support she needed. She said she would love to start her own fish business if she got N100,000 starting capital.
I gave her a new mobile phone and N300,000 in cash, half of which was donated by the Special Adviser on SGDs to Lagos State Governor, Dr. @Oreoluwa_Finnih, plus money received earlier from people who read @fattyyyronkeee’s post.
Dr. Finnih also promised to provide further empowerment for the mother in whatever craft or business she chooses.
Other people, who read the post, have also pledged to send money to the girls.
I instructed the mother to open a proper bank account with Access Bank, which is the closest bank to them. However, she will need to first register for a NIN before opening the account. So, this might take a few days.
In the meantime, we have a trusted POS operator who can collect the money pledged on their behalf and give them the cash.
@fattyyyronkeee will share the account details under this post for anyone who wishes to support them. Receipts of money sent need to be shared with @fattyyyronkeee via DM for accountability and reconciliation with the POS operator.
Calm down, Tosin.
Islam outlasts your great grandfathers.
It will outlast you, too.
You can support Israel or Satan if you like. The extent of your influence dies on the keyboard.
Muslims are dying, Christians are dying, too.
Islam thrives regardless.
1. I plan my day around salat.
2. I’m not too big or too proud to do my salat anywhere, including joining roadside beggars near shanties if that’s the nearest I find
3. I consider mosque in my choice of environment where possible
4. I create salat areas in my residential compounds.
5. Mentally, I know that is the minimum. If I consistently falter on the minimum, then there is a big problem in my faith. Keeps me going.
