@Delta 1/3 Hello, I have been on the line 7 times 1-2h waiting time with instant disconnect or the line just dropping for no reason after a while. I have been doing this for the past 2 days since my emergency came up. I have DM’d and waited for over 6 hours on iMessage.

@Delta Great customer service #not @Delta after such an insanely long time waiting. I basically got told not possible without any understanding, while my friend who is in the exact same emergency got helped out.
