@huzaifaa_23 Google might as well advertise its subscription as: “Pay now, maybe you’ll like it someday.” You can announce as many new models as you want, but subscribers need to actually be able to use them. Hype doesn’t justify the price
@Erik_Investiert@StatsWire Agree. Paying for PRO is one thing, but paying for flash is strange. It would be more logical to provide the previous flash for free (as other AI do), rather than a useless flash‑lite
@GeminiUpda0kkb Google doesn’t inspire confidence as a service provider. Today, they’re taking away pro models from paid subscribers — what will happen tomorrow? Thanks, but ChatGPT and Claude are giving us better models for free 🫡
@choblin29 The free product must be good enough to sell you the paid product. Flash-lite is unlikely to make new users buy a subscription; it’s terrible 🤭🤭
@Neko041012 That’s exactly it — all AI, on the contrary, reduces the limits, offering more and more possibilities! And Google is tightening the screws every time.
Now, Gemini Flash models will be available only for a fee. For free users, only Flash-lite. Disgusting. Thank God we have wonderful alternatives. While others are growing, are you really that desperate for money? It’s no wonder I’ve been liking ChatGPT more lately.
