@FFFibre I've logged countless tickets over months. Years even. The problems are only getting worse, and it's not just my connection. Suggest to me that the problem is a wider one. But I'm sure you have oodles of happy customers. Merry Xmas to you all!

@FFFibre Fix the frequent ~25% packet loss, fix the latency which increases by 80-100ms every evening, fix the bandwidth which is supposed to be 30Mbps but often only gives 5Mbps. Oh, and fix the ripoff for a monthly gaming QoS which appears to be just a couple of router settings :)
