@UPS unable to submit claim online to get some traction. Gives helpline number which says go online to submit claim. It’s like literally made impossible to get to customer representatives. No one know where is package, no effort to retrieve it. This is international shipping.

@DavidKPiano Agreed, good idea to catch the error. In most cases I opt for log the exception and throw original exception to client, unless there is alternative way to get data. Clients need to be built to handle exceptions and also should have retries to overcome transient errors.
