We’ve spent weeks trying to resolve this privately. Our rental car failed in a remote area while travelling with our two young children, and roadside assistance repeatedly failed to deliver the help promised.The complaint is still unresolved.

I’ve already spent weeks chasing this through normal customer service channels with no resolution. At this point I need someone senior to take ownership of the case and resolve it, not simply pass it into another queue.

To make matters worse, we’ve now been charged $58.45 for a “flat tire” we never had.
I’ve escalated the matter to Nevada Consumer Affairs today. Can someone senior please take ownership of this case?

@CommunityFibre Your DNS servers seem to be down or unreliable in London area. Switching to another DNS, and internet is working again, but your default DNS isn't resolving domains

@CommunityFibre I have had no internet since Wed 2nd despite calling up every day. my apt is set for 14th August,no urgency from CF, both work remotely+losing £ from self-employed work.3 engineers already been out for repeated problems since June.
