@Tanizaki@DeanTTraining Also with a Belt Squats you take a lot of tention, pressure away from the legs because you are using your arms too. If you stop using your arms you have to drop the weight. It’s a great finisher. But I rather go with Bulgarian Split Squats as a finisher instead of Belt Squats.
@Tanizaki@DeanTTraining Own experience after 15 years of training + 6 years of client work. Squats are the goat exercise. It doesn’t matter if you are using a lot of weight, high reps, low reps, it always works as long as you can do a full range of motion squat. If not - your range of motion sucks.
