We took advice from a trademark lawyer, and emailed the agency today to let them know.

I can't begin to imagine the conversation they must be having about telling the client that they need to pull the shiny new brand identity they've just rolled out.

Horrible situation occurring.

Found that an agency we know has used our (trademarked) logo as the logo for a client they've just rebranded.

They are nice people. They've obviously (intentionally or unintentially) messed up.

But it needs to be resolved.

I played two District Schools matches with him back in the day. We were all 15, he was 13...and still the best player in the team by a long way.

Was clear he'd go on to be a pro, but 21,000 runs, 600 wickets and 60 England caps...wow.
