Rufai Oseni this morning: Even if one accepts the loans Anambra is now listing against Peter Obi, the foreign-currency assets he left behind were enough to clear that debt stock.
Peter Obi has consistently maintained that he left office without outstanding salaries, pensions, gratuities, or unpaid obligations to contractors whose projects had been duly executed and certified.
Rufai’s analysis provides further context to that position and raises an important question about how we define and assess “debt” in this case.
Simply saying, “Peter Obi left Anambra in debt,” may not tell the whole financial story.
Obi’s case has never been that Anambra had no loan agreements on the books. It is that he settled due obligations — salaries, pensions, gratuities and certified contractor claims — and left a positive net position.

ONLY IN NIGERIA WILL THIS BE TREATED AS NOTHING AND UMAHI WILL RETAIN HIS JOB... I am not surprised though, if the head is rotten, no hope from the tail.
THE GREATEST NIGERIANS, THIS IS WHAT THE THEN INEC CHAIRMAN SAID REGARDING THE TRANSMISSION OF RESULTS.. There is no point using manual at all, only God knows why Akpabio chose to be evil. Imagine, a man who is expected to mandate inec is the one soliciting for their failure. AKPABIO IS OLORIBURUKU!!!

“It’s just against my principles, it’s not in my DNA…. I can’t do it, it’s never gonna happen….i can never work with him (tinubu)”
- the moment Ambassador @renoomokri confirmed himself as a man of NO PRINCIPLES.
In 2012, Tinubu said all sorts of things against Jonathan bad performances ranging from UNEMPLOYMENT, HUNGER, POOR ELECTRICITY and POOR INFRASTRUCTURE.
Came 2015 Under APC till date everything he blasted Jonathan for got worsened even in his own hand & eyeing 2nd tenure! 🤣
Allegedly, US already had troops on ground waiting to start war, should Jonathan had failed to concede defeat.
However, Jonathan knew this and conceded defeat with the ideology that, no Nigerian blood was worth his political ambitions.
