I have been trying to close a business account since July and am going around in circles; I have sent multiple emails, made a few phone calls and made two complaints with no end in sight. ๐ญ
@VirginAtlantic The webchat is useless for situations like this, I already called today, was told that my query wil be escalated, was informed this could take up to 5 days, on top of an already communicated maximum 14 days deadline which has passed. I raised the initial refund over a month ago.
@VirginAtlantic - your refund process is awful, have been waiting over a month for a refund on a Flexi ticket, have phoned multiple times, and am still waiting for this to be processed. It shouldn't be this hard.

I've seen a few posts recently questioning the value of tools like @IstioMesh and @LinkedIn, a bunch of people saying they are yet to see a good business use case. So I figured I'd share a little bit about what it looks like at AutoTrader
Trying to cancel @virginmedia, massive savings for new customers. No reward for customer loyalty. Cant do this online, longest call system tree in history and gave up after 30 mins. Covid cant be used as an excuse for strained support you have had months to add more people
Extreme left or extreme right, it doesnโt matter - police get attacked. Shameful really. I feel sorry for those people stuck in the middle trying to keep the peace.
