I’ve never been a football guy, but this is the truth. No youth sport stays in its lane like football. Obviously, it’s necessitated by the injury concerns of year-round football, but football still allows kids to live outside their “primary” sport.
In my 28 years of experience, I have found, as a general rule, football coaches are much more likely to STRONGLY encourage students-athletes to play multiple sports than are coaches of any other sport.
I’ve followed the Snow family’s story for a little over a year now. I’ve enjoyed their highs and been choked up by their setbacks. This is crushing. Not least because it forces me to recall the devastation of losing our friend Ed. ALS sucks. Love and peace to the Snow family.
Almost 4 years into a 6-12 month life expectancy, Chris is here making memories with us on family vacations because #TofersenWorks.
@US_FDA, #ApproveTofersen.
Congrats to one of the hardest working players I’ve ever worked with. Great programs attract great players !!! Hobart William Smith College got a good one ! @ICONLongIsland@OsideGirlsLax
@Gregg_Sarra Upstate sections shouldn’t dictate whether private schools compete against public schools. @NYSPHSAA has a duty to ensure a level playing field for its member schools.
With tonight’s win we have to update our logo! Great job by the boys and awesome work all season. Now we take it to the next level. Conference Champions! @oceanside_athletics_pe_health https://t.co/7cUXqcHJsk
