@purewonhee@chickenflap98@ForgetfuP Humans literally do. That doesn't mean animals have no worth, and it doesn't mean that the way we treat animals is acceptable, but the idea that they have as much moral worth as us is quite absurd.
@TrueSlazac@ShatteredQuazar@ZoarialNebula@HomelessCherry@ReaperknivesX The original point was about generation loss, which affects any system that makes copies of existing copies. AI does receive a lot of new data, but it also gets trained off of other AI data. That's why you see weird AI trends like the piss filter.
@TrueSlazac@ZoarialNebula@HomelessCherry@ReaperknivesX Because it's not copying different things, it's copying copies.
AI is still being fed new Media that it has never seen before, that's why it's still improving. When AI starts sourcing primarily from other ai, quality will start to drop. You're just not thinking about this...
@Whirlybirdie2@nrmtenjoyer That's literally my point, in many of these cases there's no way to refer to gender, only sex, which makes language more difficult to use, and less precise.
@ilovemelmedarda@Whirlybirdie2@nrmtenjoyer Female isn't a gender... Female is explicitly the word we use for sex. Woman is the gender, which is why it's weird that there are many sentences that you literally can't refer to people as women, and have to refer to them as female.
@Circle_Man98@SimplyShae13 Well given that the church actually exists, I don't know if I particularly care about this "Lord". Churches are actual organizations that have real effects on the real world. Your book and your Lord are meaningless if your churches do unbelievable harm IRL.
@Crusader084@SimplyShae13 Christians of all types across the world are problematic in different ways. It's not literally every christian, but it's absolutely a huge portion no matter where you go, especially among organized religion.
@LaithGraham@SimplyShae13 No, it wouldn't be. People masquerade around as fake villains all the time, because there's a difference between fiction and reality.
There's also then the issue that demons and Satan aren't actually particularly evil in the bible, but that's a different convo.
@Circle_Man98@SimplyShae13 Yes, protect them, financially support them, and cover for them at all times. That is exactly what your Church does at every level.
@PawlichM@esjesjesj "if you don't fall to the ground in tears and literally kill yourself on live TV then you're not mourning enough" actual brainlet behavior
