@Eurostar Thanks. I haven’t yet booked: I have a voucher that I need to use, want to travel in late December, but bookings haven’t yet opened for that. Hence want to book a trip in early December that I can then change the date and class of.
@Eurostar Is it possible to book in one class of travel, then at later date *downgrade* that class of travel (and change the date)? I realise that upgrades are possible, but need to know about downgrades. Thanks!
@NetatmoSupport Latest update to the “Energy” app now stops me changing radiator set points if the radiator battery is reported as low. Every time I click the plus or minus buttons the low battery warning comes up. Please could you fix? Only way to turn them on is via Alexa :-(.
@NetatmoSupport Err, why do you need the serial numbers? It’s any of my valves that are marked with low battery. Did not used to be a problem until app. was recently updated.

@MindsetOfJK Can't think of anything, no. This really is all about information delivery rate: with text, I can very quickly work out if something is of value. The only time a video is helpful to me is for something like a product demo. Even howtos are better written with screenshots.
Regularly receive spam where salespeople tell me they've made a video for me. Does anyone else have zero inclination to watch these (because they can skim read text far faster), or am I just not the target market?

@CompaniesHouse Something appears to be broken with your site... I've tried to login just now (and ~1 week ago), and when I'm prompted for my 2nd factor, it sits and hangs, then ends up at a generic error page. There's a message on your login page from Thursday...
@BritishGasHelp Received text message to book my boiler service, but when I login to my phone account there's no option to do so. Text message also contains a URL with a 7 digit reference, but this isn't recognised by the booking site the URL points at. Any advice on how to book?
