@Chuffsie @Miss_Snuffy This is disingenuous. You either take the Foundation papers which are levels 1-5 or the Higher papers which are really levels 5-9. It is possible to get L4 on the Higher paper by getting about 20% on those papers but it would be crazy to aim for that.

You are right, of course, that I don't make the rules, though this was given as a foul.

@talkSPORT Yes, but the slow motion showed that virtually everyone was fouling everyone else! This has become a big problem in English football and something needs to be done about it. In Europe they just immediately give a free kick on the basis that the whole idea is to foul the keeper.
