@Hermesparcels I’ve been offered £20 compensation for a £200+ package you’ve admitted has been “lost” in your delivery centre. How is this acceptable?

@Hermesparcels you have somehow managed to “lose” a parcel in one of your delivery centres and seem to think £20 compensation for a parcel worth £200+ is ok. I’ve had to refund the buyer as it was an Amazon sale and now I am out of pocket by around £200. How is this acceptable?

@kaptenuk Rather than offer out cash for referrals why not sort your business out (drivers and customer services) and then happy customers might refer people for free? Just a thought...

@kaptenuk you genuinely have the worst customer service department I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Doesn’t look like I’m the only one with problems! I don’t want £5 promos as compensation for issues you’ve not even looked in to, just my money back before you go bust.
