@MartinSLewis Yes, every time I logged on to my Halifax app I got someone else’s transactions. The account balance was mine it just seems to be the transactions.

@MartinSLewis I hope you see this post. I’ve had an email survey from O2 about customer service. All the answers are inverted so strongly agree is at the bottom and strongly disagree is at the top. I started to fill this in giving O2 bottom marks but accidentally saying strongly agree.

What a shambles @ee customer service is. Mistakenly cancelled my order and charged £15pm more when I reordered. Changed the install date. Got my email wrong so correspondence sent to someone else and I still can’t access my account despite numerous calls. Will Twitter work🤷‍♂️
