@Hoseasons I’m discussed with the additional call centre charge £20 you are no charging on top of any admin fees - i understand a fee to change but not this equates to over 10% of the holiday cost to make a name change I was always a loyal customer now I’d rather book elsewhere

I think for me I will be paying more and going with the likes of Azamara Celebrity and Regent in future I’ve sailed with all post covid and standards haven’t slipped like some of the bigger lines

@LeShuttle Last week we were left in an hot holding area no messages to say when we’d depart from folkstone with a dog no where from him to have shade to get onto the on to the train to find no air conditioning on train for a company that boasts they are pet friendly and absolute joke

@Tesco absolutely disgusted at home delivery service tonight slot booked. 2100-2200 get text to say now it won’t be until 2315 ring call centre to say that we are one of last deliveries and we might not get as 2320 is the last time they deliver I’m expecting compensation
