@UniofOxford we need to cut down on rubbish cheap meat and accept meat will become more of a delicacy for those that can afford it. You'll have to work out exactly how you'll replace the calories that it provides with lower energy intensive food which take up more land. Also think food miles

Well managed pasture that cannot be used for anything else in terms of food production sequesters much more CO2 if it is grazed than a cow farts per year.
