So @united sends me to the phone number, on the phone message it literally says “we will send you a text”, cannot send text to international numbers. This is an airline. United AI has been in hellish loop.

Hey @united the reward for my flight that got in at midnight was that you left my bag in SF. After I explicitly told the team to check it was going to Vancouver. You have left your staff with no tools to deal with issues when they come up. (#Shoutsintothevoid)

@united just had a terrible experience at SFO. United flight late out of Burbank, missed a transfer. Stewards didn’t have info, service desk told me & elderly man to run to a flight that was miles away and closer. Poorform, tech/logistics incompetence. Staff left w broken system
