@b5baxter @Surfcrest @rhubarbish @jackyang255 @EllenYeung Thats apples and oranges. Would the 500 units all have 20% min VAT Level 3 individuals? No. Is low income housing same as homeless shelter? No. Remember that it is the improper process and lack of communication that people are upset about.

@b5baxter @Surfcrest @rhubarbish @jackyang255 @EllenYeung 4 years would have been more than enough, but that was never provided. Initial plans years ago never mentioned TMH. Then bylaw was passed to avoid public hearing altogether, and suddenly residents first found out in Nov that TMH will be operating in Jan. Fair to feel betrayed.
