@Jakesmummmm @Honeywell_Home @raphaelfabeni @Resideo @Honeywell_Home @Resideo any comment re the Resideo app now failing again in 17.3 with the same bug as it did before your last update?

[David Peacock @David_Peacock]

@Jakesmummmm @Honeywell_Home @raphaelfabeni @Resideo With latest update of iOS to 17.3 you appear to have reintroduced the time recognition bug. iOS again needs to be set to 24hr time display to allow the Resideo app to start without displaying the critical error.

[David Peacock @David_Peacock]

@alpriest hi, energy stats iOS user. App is throwing a 406 error not logging into FoxCloud. App also appears to have disappeared from UK App Store? Is it just me?

@Honeywell_Home Not heard from you, as I said in my last reply, I don’t use Facebook. Message me here if you need more information than has already been supplied.

[David Peacock @David_Peacock]

@Honeywell_Home Thanks for getting in touch. I don’t have Facebook account.

I’m following you here, DM me directly if you have to, but the thread above from at least three of us experiencing the same issue, outlines the problem, and how to workaround it, and where the problem might be.

[David Peacock @David_Peacock]

@Jakesmummmm @Honeywell_Home @raphaelfabeni I’m staying with my workaround of setting my iPhone to 24hr time mode for now, not ideal.

In 12hr display mode, problem appears to only manifest itself when the time rolls over to 1pm (rather than 13:00).

Stunning silence from @Resideo or Honeywell…..

[David Peacock @David_Peacock]

@Honeywell_Home @raphaelfabeni I encountered the same problem as @raphaelfabeni since beta testing ios17 & now with the released version. My phone date & time was NOT set to 24 hour clock - sync error occurs. Set phone to 24 hour clock, problem goes away. Suggest this is a Resideo app issue how you check time.

[David Peacock @David_Peacock]

@Resideo @Irksome73 Also trying to submit a report via this form, and can confirm submit fails with the same error as @Irksome73 reports. FYI trying to report the Resideo iOS app v 6.7.0 fails on iOS 10 Public beta 2: “Critical Alert” re device time being incorrect. It isn’t.

First in brand new series of #TheSkewer begins in 15mins @BBCRadio4. Taking all the current hell out of the handcart, nailing jokes to it, and kicking it down the immersive audio stairs. Enjoy. (Wear headphones for best results.)

@annaholligan No, International news is exactly that. I appreciate & enjoy your local view (from a Dutch news and cycle views perspective) 🙂
