He can share with you his experience and help you, but you need to be unique.
That's the core principle of what he is teaching.

Frameworks can speed up your work without making you sound like everyone else.
Ideally, everyone should create their own frameworks they use.

You have to be in the middle. Consumption is crucial, but so is what you consume.
