Then you probably have to file a writ of certiorari or appeal and lose that before a federal court will exercise jurisdiction…maybe a lawyer familiar with federal court litigation can find the way.

This right here is the Truth. This is Lawyer Ethics 101. A lawyer advising a client cannot have divided loyalties. Metro recognizes that once litigation begins, but the conflict exists long before then. The “city’s” interests aren’t always the same as “the people’s” interests.

There also has to be a serious evaluation of Metro Legal. It is impossible for Metro Legal to represent the CRB & MNPD in the same dispute. It's like an an environmentalist & oil company having the same attorney while facing each other in the same case. We need change. 16/16
