@McDonaldsUK kids' monthly treat ruined. Ordered on McDelivery. Food took over an hour to arrive, was missing items and stone cold on delivery, ice creams and iced drink completely melted. Only being refunded for missing and 'damaged' items. How is this good customer service?!

@Hoover_UK I have a heat pump dryer (H Dry 500 NDEH11A2TCEXM) but can't seem to find replacement filters which go in front of the heat exchanger. There's no mention of them in the manual either. Please can you let me know where I can get some? Thanks

@EE Hi Megan, my husband has called them up tonight and has been given a new install date as 14th July. Absolutely ridiculous. Any other network we've checked out is giving 5th July! Why so much longer to wait with EE when OpenReach are part of the same company?!
